Terms of Use for Photos, Videos and Marketing Templates

WHAT YOU CAN DO

A collection of visuals include a non-exclusive, limited use license.

• You can use the visuals for personal, commercial, or editorial purposes online or in print in any way that is not prohibited (see "Non-permitted uses" below).

• You may crop, rotate, flip, and/or resize the visuals. You may overlay text, screenshots, designs, or your product photos. You may add color or filter overlays. Please do not otherwise alter, edit or manipulate the visuals.

• You may upload visuals to your website, blog, or social media platforms / schedulers for your own business use.

• You may use the visuals in digital products such as courses, workbooks, ebooks, and other pdfs or downloads where the primary value of the end-product is the content, not the design (see "Non-permitted uses").

• You don't need to credit me (although it is always nice!).

For the avoidance of doubt, “visuals’’ are any kind of visual content, such as for example photos, videos, graphics, animations, and templates.

WHAT YOU CAN NOT DO

• You may not sell, loan, or give away the visuals.

• You may not share your login/access information or transfer any visuals directly to a third party.

• You may not re-sell the visuals in any form such as turning it into an art print or including it in a website other than your own or other template design. You may not re-sell the visuals as standalone files or as part of templates, themes, graphics, prints, stickers, or any other printed items intended for sale where the primary value of the end-product is the design, not the content. • You may not falsely represent that you or someone else is the original creator of the visuals.

• You may not use the visuals to market or sell other products, services, workshops, courses, or similar resources that are photography, video or graphic design related.

• You may not use the visuals in an illegal, offensive or pornographic manner.

• If you violate the terms of use, your limited licence automatically terminates and you will no longer be able to use these free visuals in any manner.
